A product has a notify button, what does this mean?

When a product is set to "notify" it means it is currently out of stock. To find out when the item is due back please call 0117 330 2277

I don't have a credit or debit card, how else can I pay?

We also accept cheques and bank transfers for full details of these payments please call 0117 330 2277

Do you have a warehouse where i can come and view products?

Sorry but we do not have a showroom but any extra information can be gained by ringing our sales team on 0117 330 2277.

How will I know my order has been placed?

Throughout the checkout process you will receive two emails, one letting you know the order is being processed and a final conformation to say payment has successfully been received. Further emails will be received upon order status changes.

I have still not received my order, where is it?

In the unlikely circumstance that your order is not received on time please ring our team stating your name and order number and we will investigate as to why your order has not arrived on time.

Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately we don't have a catalogue due to the constant update of products to our site.

I may not be home when my product is scheduled to be delivered.

To help the courier please leave a not in a visible place advising the courier where to leave the parcel (with a neighbour, porch or garden etc.)

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been despatched then it can be cancelled by calling us on 0117 330 2277.

I have sent an email but not recieved a reply, why is this?

We reply to all emails in office hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm) and try to get a response to you with 24 hours. If you haven't received a reply within this time please call us on 0117 330 2277.
